Forms & Documents

Permits can be mailed or dropped off at either our office or Kraft Municipal Group, along with a check or money order, made payable to Richmond Township. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. ALL permits are reviewed and issued by Kraft Municipal Group in Shillington. If there are any questions regarding a permit, permit application, notice of violation, or any general permit related questions, please reach out to Kraft Municipal Group directly at 610-777-1311.

Once your permit has been approved, you will be contacted by the Township Office for pick-up during our normal business hours. Permits being picked-up at the Township office must be paid with a check or exact cash.

Building permit application fees are as follows:
Residential $100.00 (non-refundable) Total amount of permit will be deducted by application fee.
Commercial $250.00 (non-refundable) Total amount of permit will be deducted by application fee.

Zoning permit application fees are as follows:
Residential $50.00 (non-refundable) Total amount of permit will be deducted by application fee.
Commercial $150.00 (non-refundable) Total amount of permit will be deducted by application fee.
